To ensure your floors are clean from corner-to-corner and wall-to-wall, we follow a detailed multi-step process on every hard surface job. From a thorough pre-inspection to final extraction, you can rest assured that we won’t miss a spot!

Pre-Inspection

We inspect all of your tiles & grout for pre existing dirt, stains, damage and more.
Pre-Test

We conduct a ‘Pre-Test’ on your tiles & grout to find the right chemical.
Removal of Furniture

We remove any furniture or obstacles from your flooring to be cleaned.
Chemical Application

We apply the pre-selected chemical solution to your floors and let the chemical ‘dwell’ into your floor for a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes.
Agitation

We agitate the chemical solution into your tile and grout with an orbital brush machine and give your grout extra scrubbing attention with a special grout brush if needed.
Extract and Rinse

We extract and rinse all of your dirty tiles and grout with a top of the line tile cleaning machine at high pressure with is powered by a powerful Truck Mounted Machine. Your tiles will be almost dry at this stage.
Post Inspection

We walk you through your home to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaned floors.
